Using the Extron SCP 150 Control Panel (sample layout below - specific rooms might vary)

SCP-150 Control Pad
  1. Volume
    • Controls audio volume of PC, AUX Video, DVD/VCR, and Laptop devices
    • Turn clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease volume

      • NOTE: A series of lights will indicate the level of volume

  2. Projector
    • ON - Turn LCD ceiling projector ON
    • OFF - Turn LCD ceiling projector OFF
    • MUTE or DISPLAY MUTE - Toggles the black screen mode of the projector (not available in all classrooms)

  3. Adapter Plate
    • This plate provides connection for optional devices.
      • Laptop Connection (not available in all classrooms)
        As a standard for connecting a laptop a power outlet, network connection and video and audio cables are provided. You must provide your own network cable to connect to the network connection.
      • Alternative Connections (not available in all classrooms)
        Auxiliary connections are also provided to connect any device via the RCA audio and video connections provided on the plate . You are required to provide you own cable to connect.

  4. Input Selection Buttons

      PLEASE NOTE: The input selections shown above and described below are not always in this order. Also, not all input selections are available in all classrooms.

    • PC
      • Select this button to project the PC display through the LCD ceiling projector

    • DOC CAM
      • Select this button to project the document Camera display through the LCD ceiling projector

    • AUX Video
      • Select this button to project the Auxiliary Video display through the LCD ceiling projector

    • DVD/VCR - In some rooms, the DVD and VCR may have separate buttons.
      • Select this button to project either the VCR or DVD player display through the LCD ceiling projector

    • LAPTOP
      • Select this button to project your Laptop display through the LCD ceiling projector
