Using the Extron SCP 250 Remote Control



  1. Display Buttons
    • POWER - Powers the LCD ceiling projector on or off
    • MUTE or DISPLAY MUTE - Toggles the black screen mode of the LCD ceiling projector
    • MODE - Not used in any classroom (not available in all classrooms)

  2. VOLUME
    • Controls audio volume of PC, AUX Video, DVD/VCR, and Laptop devices
    • SLOWLY turn clockwise to raise volume, counter-clockwise to lower volume

      • NOTE: The LED light will blink when the maximum level of volume is reached

  3. IR
    • Not used in any classroom

  4. Room Buttons
    • Not used in any classroom

  5. Input Selection Buttons

      PLEASE NOTE: The input selections shown above and described below are not always in this order. Also, not all input selections are available in all classrooms.

    • PC
      • Select this button to project the PC display through the LCD ceiling projector

    • DOC CAM
      • Select this button to project the document Camera display through the LCD ceiling projector

    • AUX Video
      • Select this button to project the Auxiliary Video display through the LCD ceiling projector

    • DVD/VCR - In some rooms, the DVD and VCR may have separate buttons.
      • Select this button to project either the VCR or DVD player display through the LCD ceiling projector

    • LAPTOP
      • Select this button to project your Laptop display through the LCD ceiling projector
