How to use the Bellamy Crestron Touch Screen Panels

The following information is a detailed explanation of how to use the Crestron touch panel interface that is in the Technology-Enhanced Classrooms in the Bellamy Building.


Main Control Page (click images to enlarge)

  • From here you will control the majority of the system.
  • The projector on and off controls are located in the grey box as black buttons.
  • The buttons to change input between the Doc Cam, Computer, BLURAY/DVD, Camera, and Laptop are colored red (if it is colored green, that means it has been selected).
  • To view the selected intput in either preview panel, press "preview". To project a preview press a technology and then the "project" button.

Projector On/Off Confirmation

  • This prompt will display upon powering the projectors on or off from the main panel.

Projector Warmup Screen

  • This screen will display as the projector warms up. No other inputs will be available for this short duration.

BLURAY/DVD control Screen

  • This is how your main screen will appear while the BLURAY/DVD input button is selected.
  • The BLURAY/DVD player video input will automatically appear in the small window in the bottom center, and you will see the standard BLURAY/DVD player controls (noted in the green box).
  • If you need other functionality that requires a remote, please request one from the AV department.

Camera Control Screen

  • This is how your main screen will appear while the CAMERA input button is selected.
  • The CAMERA has two preselected settings. You may choose to preview or project the camera by selecting the CAMERA input, then selecting a preset, PRESET 1 or PRESET 2, then pressing PROJECT.
