Contacting Classroom Support
Contacting the Classroom Support staff is fast and simple. If you are experiencing technical problems in a Technology-Enhanced Classroom (TEC) please don't hesitate to contact Classroom Support, before or any time during your class and a technician will respond in person or online if that can resolve a computer problem more quickly.
Emergency calls for help are responded to quickly so the remainder of your class time might not be lost due to technical issues. You can communicate with our group via the computer's desktop icon (shown below), by phone (850-644-2811), or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you report the problem as an emergency a technician will respond immediately. Otherwise, a non-emergency will wait until the next class break so technicians are available in the meantime to assist others who need more urgent help. Contact information is not required but is useful if you want feedback about the issue.

If a technician is not in the satellite office, please call our main phone number (850) 644-2811, or report the problem and the closest technician will respond.
Room Access Issues
If anyone encounters problems with room access, the alarm system, or with equipment inside the classroom, they should contact Classroom Support at (850) 644-2811 (Special Monday through Friday office hours for Summer 2020 only: 7:30am-6:00pm, Regular weekday hours: 7:30am-9:30pm Monday through Friday during the semester and 8:00am-5:00pm during semester breaks). Contact the FSU Police, only when Classroom Support is not available, at (850) 644-1234 for access or security issues only - weekdays after 9:30pm, Saturday and Sunday or during the Winter Break after the semester break.
